Bevacizumab (Avastin) based therapy could be used to make a real difference for patients with glioblastoma.
Roche announced that Bevacizumab was found effective during phase II BRAIN study of bevacizumab alone or in combination with irinotecan chemotherapy for treating relapsed or progressive glioblastoma (GBM).
